Stayed in room 139, it was probably nice when new but is in disrepair, the bathroom door doesn’t close, the closet door was broken, the closet door for the washer dryer was missing, bedding for the hide-a-bed wasn’t washed and had some type of dark substance smeared on it. Was a disappointment for the cost.

This is a nice property. We enjoyed our stay. The owner should work more to keep up with the maintenance. The bedroom threshold needs to be glued down. The tile flooring needs a deep cleaning. The grout is light gray, but appears to black. The entry closet knob needs to be fixed. The clothes dryer knob is broken. Power wash the patio.

The booking said to expect an email but we didn’t get one. I was expecting an email on my gmail account but it went to my Expedia account which we don’t check so this was confusing however not part of the poor review. The hotel and pool were great but this room was dusty and dirty in a few areas. We needed to use the pull out sofa and that was not comfy whatsoever so arguably this place really only sleeps 2 comfortably. The door lock was ridiculous as it didn’t ever lock. All you had to do was click a button and it opens so not overly safe when you’re away. There is extra locks for when you’re sleeping though so there’s safety while you’re sleeping. Overall we would stay at the hotel again but not at this place for that price because of the above noted reasons. Thanks for ready my novel.

Very good stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The host was quick to answer all of questions and they assisted us when we needed help. The pool in the building was a great hit! The apartment was clean and everything was nice and tidy. Our only request would be to simplify the check in process. The apartment is locked with a coded lock that is quite tricky to open and lock. It took us multiple attempts each time. Overall, we still really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Good Location

Location was good attending a wedding at the Malcolm Hotel 10-15 min walk luckily Malcolm was able to get us a cab for walk home. Appreciated the fact that we had a utility trailer and large truck so unground parking did us no good but there is a random large gravel area beside property that we were able to park in. Suite was comfortable, bed was too. Did not use sofa bed, BBQ, and did not cook during our stay so cannot comment. Disappointment would have primarily been the place is a little beat up in particular the smallDining table and the sofa. The bathroom grout, paint, etc needs to be fixed and the bathroom sliding door does not close all the way. I didn’t come across a blow dryer either, no door to hide washer and dryer either. Just think for the price it could look better three stars for that but I would never give 3 star rating. Cutlery drawers are a mess too should be more organized and uniform.Appreciate there was coffee grounds so we could have coffee in the morning. Deck ok. Overall we were comfortable and grateful we we in the main bldg instead of the dump bldg across from the lobby! Restaurant was good in main bldg.

Building was undergoing light hallway renovations - not advertised by owner but only slight disruptive. Suite is located next to parkade entrance and near garbage bins - noise was noticeable, but not excessive. Suite is well equipped and appliances are functional. Finishes are somewhat dated and would benefit from touchups. Parking stall is awkward to access.

For one thing it wasn’t much of a mountain view. I know it is by the parking garage ramp but it wouldn’t hurt to have balcony swept and dusted The interior of condo was very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Pool is closed for annual maintenance from April 13-18

We were not told anything about the pool and hot tub being closed but it unfortunately was. When we had picked the place specifically for the use of the pool. We were not told the building or floor was undergoing current construction. The floor looked a bit creepy since it was all gutted and being renovated. There was no instructions from how to go from the parking garage up to the room so that was a bit confusing. The condition of the suite was not as high end as we expected. The bathroom door did not fully shut so when using the bathroom people can see in or your partner shouldn't go into the kitchen! The balcony door does not properly lock and can only be closed with a security stick which is not ideal for the main floor. Then before we even checked out at 10:45, the cleaning crew tired to enter our suite! We had to ask them to come back after 11.

Beautiful place.

Upon entering the suite we loved it right away. It was small and perfect for my family. It was located right on the main strip and was easy to get to and from the highway. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect!

This unit was perfect for our little family. The kitchen is well stocked, in suite laundry, and a wonderful fireplace made for a cosy mountain getaway. The pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub and superfast waterslide were a repeat hit! We will stay again!

Was nice, quiet and a good get away for the weekend but had to take out the garbage, put towels in the washing machine and dishes in dishwasher before we left so wouldn’t get extra fees for staying there, so was a little expensive for the service we got.
