Parking:
On-site parking is shared among all residents on a first-come, first-served basis. If no spots are available, several free or paid parking options are located nearby.

Free parking in adjacent streets: Available depending on the time and traffic.
Grand Parking de la Plage: Located at the end of Rue Stephen Liégeard, this parking offers free spaces with a 24-hour time limit. It is only a 3-minute walk from the property.

It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the house. When smoking outside, cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground.

Parties or events are not allowed.

The house must be left clean and tidy: dishes washed, waste in the bins, and every piece of furniture/equipment/accessory in its place. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.

Any lost keys will be charged €200.

Pets are not allowed.
