THE APARTMENT

The apartment features the following floor plan:

- A decor tastefully arranged by the owners for a “contemporary showroom” effect that will delight design lovers.

- A beautiful living room opening to the terrace, with sofa, flat screen TV and coffee table that can convert into a high table.

- An American-style kitchen with everything you will need, including a trendy Nespresso coffee machine, but also all the household appliances, plus a kettle, a toaster, etc…

- A bedroom with a double bed.

- A bathroom with toilets and a spacious walk-in shower.

- A large built-in closet in the hallway with plenty of storage space.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 5 minutes by car, 7 minutes by bus from the Cannes train station, or 12 minutes on foot.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps in your street, the Rue Pasteur, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within a few minutes on foot:

- Take a leisurely stroll along the famous Croisette seafront between luxury boutiques, palace hotels and fine sandy beaches.

- Head to the iconic Palais des Festivals.

- Do some upscale shopping on the trendy Rue d’Antibes.

- Try your luck at the 3.14 or the Palais casinos.

- Get some sun and relax on a lounge chair at one of the private beach clubs.

- Board a train and discover the other gems along the coastal Riviera, such as Antibes, Nice or Monaco…

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, plus 3 public parking options available within a 5-minute walk, the closest one being the Lamy underground parking.

Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
