Set within a peaceful residence, this 62m² apartment provides generous living space designed for comfort and convenience.

The living room is bright and welcoming, connected to a semi-open kitchen fully equipped for everyday living.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second offers a larger double bed, its own bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace.

A second bathroom with shower completes the layout, making the apartment particularly practical for couples or families.

Located on the first floor with elevator access, the residence provides a shared parking area, spaces are not guaranteed (10 spaces available for 35 apartments).

From here, the beaches are just a short walk away while the Palais des Festivals can be reached within minutes by car or public transport.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
