The district of the Banane is so named in reference to its shape reminiscent of the fruit. This district brings together some of Cannes' must-see places: the Croisette, the rue d'Antibes, the Gambetta market, the Palais des Festivals ...
The Croisette, with its magnificent private beaches, internationally renowned palaces and luxury boutiques is the symbol of French luxury.
The Rue d'Antibes is undoubtedly the main shopping street of Cannes. Parallel to the Croisette, this street welcomes all types of shops.
The Gambetta market, near to the train station, offers local fruits and vegetables as well as clothing, shoes and accessories.

Ideal for delegates (5 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals) and for tourists (2 minutes walk from the beach).

The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.

Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.

We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.

We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :

- Early check-ins
- Airport transfers
- Welcoming in person on site

The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.

It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.

The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.

If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.

We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.

If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.

- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€
- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€
- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
