It includes a living/dining room with kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, smart TV, fridge-freezer with 0-degree zone, sofa bed), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a bedroom, and a children’s room with bunk bed. Air conditioning is also available.



A parking space in the underground garage (clearance height 1.90 m) is included.
