”Over all the hotel was great, however I stayed one night and when I went to shower before I left for my flight there was no hot water in the shower. When addressed in the morning I couldn’t even go to another room to shower.”

”Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. ”

”No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. ”

”Did not have breakfast there. Housekeeping missed my roon 2 days in a row. I had to take dirty towels to them + switch out for clean ones. Sink barely drained. Hard to use. Kim @ front desk very helpful with getting boarding passes from her computer as public one wasn't working. (She fixed that soon.)”

”Check in was satisfactory. There’s a $50 deposit even when you pay at booking. The location is great right off 28th Street which is the main road through Grand Rapids. There’s no carpet on the floors in the rooms which is a requirement for me. I’d recommend removing the fabric office chair and sofa and replacing with leather type cover. The room was mostly clean.
