”Company did refund our last night’s stay due to not being able to access the campsite. Creek bed flooded. Talked to management and asked if there was somehow we could get our medications that were in the tent….and we shouldn’t go without them. They stated they couldn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even offer other suggestions or provide an alternate place for us to spend the night. We finally found a hotel that had a vacancy, but it wasn’t until midnight.”

”Second year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lol”

”Communication was great. There was a small glitch with the TV and Wifi on arrival but it was fixed with one quick communication. I don't mind glitches. They happen. The key is a swift resolution and that's what happened here. Place is very conveniently located to Bryce Canyon, but far enough away that it's not quite the tourist trap. Great base camp with washer/dryer convenient there. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay here! Very convenient location, yet quiet and secluded. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kids loved the play house and the little tractor. One tip is to turn on the fan in the front room if you cook anything with a little smoke like sausages. The fire alarm is really sensitive and will go off unless the fan is going and you open windows.”

”Great, spacious house that would be ideal for a large group. Alton is approximately midway between Zion NP and Bryce NP so it is easy to visit both parks and the numerous scenic drives in the area without moving. Carrie, the manager, was courteous and professional. There are few rules and those few are reasonable. The single negative is the lack of food of any kind in Alton.”
