”We really enjoyed our time at Entre Cerros. There were 7 of us in one cabin but with 2 bedrooms and a loft, there was plenty of room. The small kitchen was helpful. There was a coffeemaker and good coffee, although we really needed a larger water filter. Cookies were on the table when we arrived and firewood was placed beside the outdoor fire pit for our use. The restaurant was better than expected, both breakfast and dinner. Our waiter, Cesar, did a great job serving us and making it special....

”The place was great. The only negative was trying to arrive. The given address confused the Uber drivers every time and put us on the street above the actual location. The stove was not functioning. The owner should check before guest arrive ”

”If you do stay in one of the properties this guy owns do NOT give him cash! He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either! Will be reporting them to the BBB as well because they...

”This is a great and clean property felt like it was my home. Host communicated effectively always answered any questions I had and was able to accommodate to my needs. It was a safe and local to the city of xela lots of shopping places nearby. Great amenities such as gym roof top terrace, workplace station and excellent WiFi. Right now where I stayed there was construction and so it was loud early in the morning and late evenings. There is no air conditioning while the place is not hot...

”Be aware of this listing and property! it is not accurate at all. We booked a room and got a totally one, not to mention it wasn’t even the same location ! Listing pictures look like AI versus reality! Secondly there is spiders inside crawling which we had to kill ( big spiders ). Also waken up by construction on the property that started at 7am . Unacceptable! Beware.”

”PROS: VIEW
Cons:
The listing is heavily misrepresented. This is a multi-unit complex called Baba Yaga with zero privacy; grounds crews work on paths all day and the glass villa has no curtains despite existing rods.
The villa lacks basic habitability: broken microwave, unanchored sliding fridge, no utensils, broken toilet, loose insecure door knobs, and wide gaps in doors. With no window or door screens, it gets dangerously hot, but opening doors invites severe bug infestations. The map...
