”We returned to find our room door wide open. They did not clean the room, remove used towels, or give us clean ones. No hot water for showers all three days. Call front desk no answer. Personal visit to front desk person was rude and only said about the water that a work order would be placed. We finally called the owner, because they said no money back for leaving two days earlier than booked. Owner gave us two days back and rate lower because of cold water for three days.
