”Communication upon booking and before arrival was timely and helpful. During the stay I requested sheets for the trundle bed twice and never recived them! Each time I received an email saying the problem would be taken card of, but it never was. There also wasn't a coffee maker in the house which was a ptobldm for my 2 friends who were staying with me.The location was great with easy access to downtown and major points of interest.”

”The property was very adequate for our needs (a couple) that included having a doggy guest. Communication was excellent, we really felt welcomed and informed of the expectations of our stay. The only desk was on the basement, which it gives you a lot of privacy, but I would have loved to have the natural light through a window. We couldn't set up n the dining room because of the electrical prone, we had the three prone end. The bedroom upstairs ”

”The place was amazing and so comfortable! Loved the airiness feeling. The neighbor hood was family friendly and quiet. The host was amazing and super helpful. Place was super clean and had everything we needed...our dogs loved the fenced backyard...being able to roam freely. Check in and check out was super easy...lots of shopping and eateries up the street. Will definitely book here again! A”

”The way the apartment was decorated was cute. Loved all the pink and brightness. There was plenty of space for us all to sleep. The location was not ideal. Further away from the concert venue then we wanted (Pine Knob) The host was great! She replied almost instantly and was very very accommodating, I would recommend her as a host 100%. We had a great time and enjoyed the fun decor in the place :)”

”Upon my arrival, pulling up to the house, the neighborhood looked very inviting—clean, quiet, and welcoming. Walking into the house, it looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean the kitchen had pretty much all supplies I needed to cook.I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, due to the weather (it was very windy) but the host came and resolved it swiftly.
