”Did not give us new towels , but they brought some up when we called. The staff was always cleaning and working on site though. Hot tub was closed off. The pool area needs some attention but they were working on it. Could really use more parking spots.”

”I appreciate orange juice for breakfast and there wasn’t any. I was there for three days. On the first day I told the front desk manager there were no paper towels in the men’s room. When I left there were still no towels and the overflowing waste basket hadn’t been touched ”

”Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved.”

”Very nice hotel outside of Canton but in Bolivar, a town one might not otherwise know if it weren't for this Sleep Inn. The staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Elizabeth. Even the breakfast people, maids and Jerry the property maintenence man were wonderful. Nice breakfast, and pleasant location for restaurants and a walk by the river.”

”AMAZING BREAKFAST! THEY HAVE OMLET ON DEMAND. DELICIOUS! Room was clean and great space for big groups. My only complaint and disappointment is that, because we were a big group we did use the sofa bed and it was a big disappointment. The mattress was super thin and it was leaning back, so we had sleep where the feet goes. And this line of hotel I would have expected better quality.”

”Very nice room with clean carpet and very professional staff and is located in a very nice area with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also great. Only recommendation is to consider updating your couches especially those that are little dated, I’m sure they will make your guests a little more happier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended this location.”

”For $150 a night I expected a free breakfast, but it was an additional $13. The DID offer free coffee and fruit, so that was good, and I took advantage of that. Wanted to give a shout out to "Kevin" who was very helpful, pleasant and professional even though I want to the front desk about 5 times with different issues (none were the fault of the hotel). ”

”I mean you get what you pay for. Milk was expired one day. Loud tenants, construction outside made it impossible to sleep in.”

”The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!”
