”Overall the place was good, the staff doesn’t seem to be friendly as they tend to keep to themselves, seems to be always busy doing some thing while at the front desk. Guests walk in without the staff looking up to at least nod a soft hello. But, it was a good stay.”

”Room: I have an elderly mother I take care of so I make sure to look for a shower with a seat she can sit on when she take a shower and I always book through Expedia and when I chose the room the room was nothing like pic. No seat in the bathroom for her so I had to order one from housekeeping. Beds were a little stiff but it was clean nevertheless.
Staff: day staff was rude as if I was a bother when asking questions. Night time staff was nice.
Breakfast: I paid on Expedia extra for breakfast...

”We stayed here for two weeks with our family. The room was clean, and the amenities were useful. Whenever anything was missing, the staff replaced it immediately, which was appreciated. However, the age of the furniture and fixtures was noticeable: tables and chairs made a lot of noise, and the doors felt sticky to the touch. The breakfast area was also too small for the number of guests, making it difficult to find a seat even early in the morning. Overall, the hotel was worth the price, but we...

”The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The only reason for the low stars on amenities is because I didn’t get to use them as they were over run by children. The pool is also shared by 2 hotels. The hot tub was cold when were actually able to get in the next morning at 8am. Overall I would stay again but i would just do my research better and not go when there is a kids sports tournament going on.”
