Canyon Lake Property kauniilla näkymillä !!!

Uskomattoman näkymämme ansiosta sinä ja perheesi pakotetaan rentoutumaan ja pitämään hauskaa. Meillä on 2 isoa makuuhuonetta, jokaisella on omat kylpyhuoneet. Plus puoli kylpy oleskelutilamme. Makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta. Päällikkökylvyssä on kävellä suihkussa, hänen ja hänen nielujensa lisäksi on mahtava kylpyamme, johon voi istua, lasillisella viiniä tai liottamalla kuplahauteessa. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode normaalilla täysikokoisella suihkulla. Meillä on erittäin suuri oleskelualue, jossa on kaksi futonia, jotka taittuvat kuningatarksi ja täynnä. Makuuhuoneen kaapissa on myös kaksi taitettua vuodetta. Olohuoneessa on kaasutakka ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja kaikille. Kohokohta on näkymä kodistamme. Meillä on iso kannella istuimet nauttia mukavasta perheen bbq ulkona ja henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Canyon Lake. Kotimme on myös lyhyen ajomatkan veneramppiin.

Beautiful views

The house is very clean gave off a great vibe. The house is very beautiful and has a great location (views) lots of deer. Communication with owners was not very great once I arrived. Wifi never worked. They also said oven was not working when it was time for me to check in, which I believe maybe they haven't fixed since another review did mention it didn't work for them either a couple months ago. Phone service was not very great which I was upset about since they did say wifi was available but wasn't. Other than that the home is beautiful

Great house, Great location... Beautiful views.

The house was great, beautiful and the views were amazing, but appliances are very outdated. We had a meal to cook for 25 people the next day that I could not complete due to appliances not working.. I had to get Rudy's BBQ for $400 instead. Owner made aware and was very receptive, and she states they are working on it. But the owner did reports that a bird bath was found broken after we left. The owner required insurance as an add on to even book and yes I choose to book anyway even though I found that odd. Anyhow, I have no idea where on the deck or property this bird bath was located, and it was 40-20 degrees outside so we spent zero time on deck. I had paid the insurance at booking, and a claim was processed. I didn't have to pay anything additional, but it still doesn't sit well with me, especially since the first notice of such claim came from the insurance company to my email and not the owner. The lesson here for myself and others is to do a walk through video before and after! I normally do but since we were rushing out to sort out catering options for the aforementioned meal, and we were only there for the night, I didn't . Shame on me. Overall a great home! once the appliance issue is corrected, it will be top notch.

Beautiful, secluded get-away

We had a wonderful time on this vacation. The view was amazing, the amenities in the home were great. This home is close enough to everything that you need, but also far enough away to feel like a real get-away. I would note that if you have a kid that likes to climb or is a little dare-devil, that some of the outdoor areas require an extra eye for the little ones.

Home was very nice with a great view of the lake. Convenient location with nearby stores as well. Neighbors are very close, so keep that in mind. There is a grill at the home, but no charcoal provided.

Liked it had nice views, nice deck and fire pit. Had nice layout. Great master bath. Dislikes - Property's 3rd bedroom was in large common room and I got bit by a spider several times, not sure if indoors, may want to consider exterminators or inspectors. Also not crazy about induction stove and small oven with button missing as we cooked at turkey for holiday.

This house was just what we needed. We had lots of room for our family to relax and pretend nothing was happening at home. The only problem was both of the roll away beds are broken but we made adjustments. Everything else what just as stated! Lots of wildlife and an amazing view of the lake!

The view is beautiful! We saw lots of deer just walking around. There was plenty of room. The parking area by the garage was very steep but manageable. All essentials provided except a regular coffee pot. A/C units worked fine, no problems. I would agree with on of the other reviews that the house could be cleaned better. The handle to the back door to the deck is still broken and taped, and it falls off the door if touched. I would also recommend updating the wash clothes in the large bathroom. The condition of the wash clothes was a little sad. It wouldn't hurt to have a few more wash clothes. There was plenty of towels but not enough wash clothes. Overall, we had a great time on the lake, rented a boat and jet skis.

Great vacation getaway spot

The house layout was great! Enough space for our 3 adult kids & 1 teen, plus husband & I. Perfect views, plenty of parking & living space. Very nice home close to lots of activities. Short drive to the lake which we spent most time at. Also, short drive to the San Marcos outlets! The views are amazing & so many deer that come right up to you! We even had a fox visit! There were 3 raccoon traps on the property which the trapper came to check. But we never had any issues with the wildlife. It was a pleasant experience to see it all. The house came with all the essentials needed. Really just need to bring your own food/drink. (Grocery store within a mile) It was super hot the week we went but the ac units worked great! I would suggest checking the housecleaning service as the kitchen didn’t look as if it had been cleaned in a very long time. The oven & stove need to be upgraded but at minimum cleaned. The floors are all wood & tile & also needed cleaning. The handle of the back door to the deck was broken & taped but still functional. The only other issue we had was proper communication as to where the main trash cans were to our house trash. Unfortunately, we had to leave it bundled/bagged on the deck due to miscommunication. Overall, the property was great! We had a wonderful time with our kids & would definitely book again.

Senior Trip

Covid19 really did a number on a lot of joy's that one would normally look forward to as a senior ... But this booking, home and location really lifted and helped my boys forget all their upsets. Boys were allowed to BBQ & hangout. When I would let my guard down...they found themselves getting a little loud, but I would bring them back down to earth and remind them that although they are on vacation not everyone there is. But we never had complaints or upsets from the neighbors. I guess everyone around the area is very understanding. (or they weren't as loud as I thought) We were minutes from the lake, minutes from the rivers, it was a great location. Parking to the home was a plus as well!!!!

Perfect Accommodations for the best lake!

The property was very open and inviting. The back porch, gives you a great view of the lake and the interior is perfect for our group of 11. We will definitely be booking this home again!

We had great time at the property. The property is really nice with a great view. However the futon in the living room seem to not as sturdy and I'm not sure if it can sleep the people it lists in the description

pretty house. two things the air conditioner wasn't up to it. No way this place sleeps 12 people -- if you're including fold-ups or cots, we were supposed to be 6. one couple had to cancel. Good thing because there was no comfortable place for them to sleep.

Wonderful!

It was large enough to accommodate all 12 people, including a toddler. The playpen and highchair were so convenient for us! We loved the view of the lake. It made a really enjoyable stay.
