A downstairs flex space can be used as an office, yoga studio, or kids’ recreation room, making it perfect for families, groups, or even remote workers who want a change of scenery. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the outdoor propane grill makes dining al fresco a breeze. We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends at Happy Laurie! Dogs under 50 lbs are allowed, and with convenient doggie doors and a fully fenced backyard, your pup can feel right at home moving safely between indoors and out. With plenty of space to explore and relax, it’s the perfect spot for the whole family. A maximum of two dogs are allowed unless approved by Management. As always, owners are responsible for pickup to avoid a “bad dog” clean-up fee.
