Nestled in a safe, peaceful neighborhood, the property is just minutes from boat ramps #22 and #23—ideal for bringing your boat, jet skis, or other outdoor gear. With ample parking for multiple vehicles, you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy your favorite activities. Relax and unwind in the privacy and tranquility of this serene lakeside retreat, surrounded by wildlife and abundant deer.

Note: The lakefront is currently inaccessible due to the lake being 25 feet low (as of 11/11/2024).

Cozy home amazing location

I went with my family for a river trip. We usually float the horseshoe and we also go down to Canyon Lake. This house was about 10 to 15 minutes away from the river and the towns main grocery store. You could see Canyon Lake from the house! The home was cozy And spacious!

Butler Reunion

Chose this home because of it’s proximity to our family reunion. Host was very welcoming and responsive via messaging. Home was so clean and we all fit comfortably. The back yard was beautiful and where we spent alot of our time just enjoying the breeze and the many deer. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we’ll be back next year!

Heaven's Ranch Vacation

The property is just as it appears on the Internet. Opening up the door to see the view from front to the sunroom out to the grounds was breathing taking.To be there in person, sitting out on the property, brings you back to true nature. I was relaxing in the sunroom and noticed there was Deers coming through the property.The Deers were a daily site on the property.It was a beautiful site. to The property has several areas for you to sit out doors to enjoy God‘s nature. The owners provided everything that could think of including bags of ice. This is a great getaway, relaxing location if you’re trying to do just that.

Our favorite Canyon Lake stay!

This property is delightful. Four of us stayed for the weekend and all agreed that it was the best place we have stayed in the area to date. There are two darker bedrooms and two bedrooms that let a lot of light in. If you stay in the front bedroom that lets a lot of light in, the switch to turn off the outside light is closer to the bed than the bedroom door. The host was very quick to answer all of my questions prior to our check-in and quick to drop off an item after we arrived. There is bagged ice in the deep freezer in the sunroom. There were plenty of blankets for being cozy in the common areas. There are two kinds of toasters and two kinds of coffee makers. We had all the kitchen appliances and utensils that we needed. Be sure to bring your own oil and seasonings if you cook. No major concerns and I hope our group gets to stay here again.
