and refreshing! Were off-grid-friendly and ask guests to use water and energy mindfully
to help us care for the planet.

Guess are welcome to explore the entire 5 acres. Please take note of the markers we have in place for your safety that outline the property and the edge of the creek. Please use caution and be kind to critters that you may encounter. This was their home first :-)

We do not live on site but are just a phone call away should you find yourself needing anything during your stay.

Smoking/Vaping: Please no smoking inside and dispose of your remnants properly. Fine up to $1000 will be imposed for extra clean up and odor removal.

Pets: RSA Welcome. Feel free to let us know you`re bringing a pet so we can prepare the home and property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, this includes yard waste. We would expect that service dogs will never be left unattended at the property.

Fire Ban Status: To protect our beautiful Hill Country the county may impose a burn ban when necessary. It is the guests responsibility to check the status before using outdoor fire pit. To do so, you can call the Comal County Fire Marshal and press option 1.

Parties and Events: We love a good time, but Airbnb has strict rules against disruptive parties and events.


Rustic Grounds: Please be aware that our property is situated in a rustic natural setting, featuring amazing wildlife; including deer, fox and possibly snakes. You can expect to find insects as well so we will try to provide spray however we recommend guests to bring their own repellent.
While we encourage you to enjoy the beauty of nature and the natural spring on the back property line that some times has water in the creek, we ask that you exercise caution during your stay. Supervise children closely near the creek and be mindful of your surroundings to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

However, we understand that groups traveling together are often celebrating a special occasion like a wedding, birthday, or reunion. For this reason we simply ask you to respect the property and airbnb policies and return it to us in the condition in which you received it. When decorating, please do not use tacks, nails, tape or other adhesives. Please no glitter or confetti. Be sure to remove any decorations and place furniture aback in its original position. Additional cleaning fees will apply if these requests are not followed.
