➤ Is there a fee for extra cleaning, glitter, or unauthorized guests? Yes. We charge for excessive trash or cleaning beyond standard service, a $750 fee for unauthorized parties or events, a $150 fee for glitter/tape/sign removal, and $150 if furniture needs to be moved back into place.



➤ Can we host a bachelor/ette party or small event here? Yes, this home is set up for it. We can host up to 25 people at event pricing; message us directly for custom pricing on groups larger than 16.



➤ Are pets allowed? Yes, for a non-refundable $109 per pet per stay fee. We reserve the right to charge for damage or excessive pet hair and cleaning.



➤ Is the lake level guaranteed for boating? As of July 15, 2026 the lake is 102% full. Canyon Lake is not a constant-level lake, and we can't control lake levels or boat ramp closures. Marinas typically stay open to rent and launch boats even at lower levels, and the views from the decks stay impressive either way.



➤ Do I need to sign anything before check-in? Yes, a short e-sign rental agreement (name, email, phone, signature, checkbox) takes under two minutes to complete.
