”We had a very late check in time, supposedly for cleaning, of which there was very little. Tried to contact caretaker for a vacuum cleaner but had no response. Cleaned as best we could to make it liveable. Drains were all blocked. Contacted Holiday Travel (managers) who were helpful and organised a plumber very quickly. They were also apologetic for state of the place and offered some remuneration. Our experience was further disappointed by nearby patrons on the same property fighting,...

Some maintenance issues - back garden needed tidying, no working lights at front entrance (making it very dangerous for elderly and frail family member) and a front door that needs shaving on the bottom to stop it jamming on tiles (and allowing walker to be used).”
