”This unit is clean, stylish and easy access. If I need a unit it Cap Cana again, I will try to get this one. Highly recommended. ”

”The studio was in a great location within walking distance to a great restaurant at API beach. There are many other restaurants in the marina and the walk along the beach is nice but you also have many sidewalks in the front of the property. The view was amazing. However the condo needs a dresser and toaster which is easy to do. The beach has a lot of rocks but you can walk a little and go to several beautiful coves with soft white sand. I would definitely recommend this studio ”

”It was a nice property, and the host was great, but during the 8 days I was there, there was no cable, no hot water, the Wi-Fi wasn't working upstairs, and there was so much noise in the morning due to construction at the back of the house. The security lady who works at night at Las Iguanas was disrespectful towards us.”

”The host, Ana, was fabulous and treated us like family. I found out she has other properties in different parts of DR, and I would book with her again without hesitation. This was an excellent stay for our family!!”

”Property is great to relax with a nice pool and beach accessible to those on the complex. We enjoyed having the beach to ourselves. Punta Espada Golf was simply superb. You will need to secure transportation to reach Juanillo Beach Club, the marina and supermarket. ”

”This condo is well decorated & has the most stunning ocean & beach views that one could ever hope for! When we were at the condo (penthouse, top floor) we lived on the gorgeous & comfortable wraparound terrace. When we weren’t at the condo, we were either golfing, playing tennis or enjoying the sandy, white pristine beaches and restaurants. Great fishing options abound.Please know that tennis & golf are a fair distance away & you’ll definitely need to rent a golf cart to get around within Cap...
