”Pascales property is located in a quiet, peaceful area a short drive from Javea and it amenities. Quite simply the views and general outlook of the villa are stunning. ”Excellent holiday villa, it is as per the photos, very welll looked after and well equipped. It is close to Jávea beach and has a number of good restaurants in walking distance. A small welcome pack was provided which is a lovely touch and there is a comprehensive welcome guide to the villa which is very useful. Overall would happily return and all the 5 star reviews are correct.”

”The pictures of the villa are exactly what we found on arrival. We were a party of 7 with grandchildren aged 19 16 and 4 years old and there was plenty to keep everybody entertained. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and made preparing meals a breeze. Nick was an excellent host and exceedingly helpful answering any questions. We had a wonderful holiday and my family are keen to return. ”

”Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison situé vers le cap de la Nao et proche de plusieurs restaurants. Violeta est très agréable et nous a très bien reçu. L'extérieur est très agréable avec beaucoup de verdure et une piscine bien exposée. La maison est fonctionnelle, moderne avec de grands placards dans les chambres. ”Anfangs Oktober, bei herrlichen Wetterbedingungen, verbrachten wir (5-köpfige Familie) eine Woche auf dem "Balcon al Mar" in Javea. Eine tolle Urlaubswoche, auch dank der Wahl dieses schönen Ferienhauses. Gesamthaft sehr stimmig, sei es die Raumaufteilung, Einrichtung, Atmosphäre, Garten oder der Ausblick. Beschreibung ist zutreffend, es ist alles wie angezeigt. Unkompliziertes "self check-in", gleichzeitig haben sich die Vermieter aktiv erkundigt und wären bei Bedarf immer erreichbar gewesen....

”The property was well equipped, clean & comfortable for us a a family of 4 adults & 2 young children, it had everything to make the holiday enjoyable. Pool area was fantastic & cleaned twice during our 10 day stay. We had a problem with the AC in the lounge after storms on our last day which was dealt with immediately by Pepe & the issue was resolved by 8pm the same evening. Minor issue was with the booklet telling you about the local area, beaches ect nothing was in English. ”
