”A very nice property that serves a great purpose as a base to visit the sights around, as well as not too far from the sea. The only negative is the WiFi was patchy and seemed to favour the side of the house where you spend less time, but all in all a great property for the price.”

”Can’t say enough. Very nice apartment in rural Tuscany area. Host was present to let us in and show us his place. Provided wine and goodies. Was clean and comfortable. It’s clear he put in the time and attention to detail to provide a very nice guest experience. Would highly recommend. ”

”The house is in the vicinity of major Tuskan sites like Lucca, Pisa, Firenze. And the Versilia beaches are only a short drive of 40 minutes away. All the rooms have AC, which was very welcome in the July heat. The Pool is quite big, well maintained and dogfriendly. The plot is really very large, gated and fully fenced: very practical as we had two small dogs with us.
