- A furnished loggia overlooking the canal: griddle, microwave, oven

Private parking space. A communal swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 15th, is available in the residence. Access to tennis courts is also available.

Cleaning and linens are not included in the rental. Contact us for rates. Upon arrival, two security deposits will be required: €500 for the accommodation and €80 for the end-of-stay cleaning.

Only one pet is allowed on the property with a supplement of €20 per stay.

The property is not wheelchair accessible.
