The Patio Villa offers:

On the ground floor:
- An open-plan living room with a dining table, sofa, and television. Direct access to the terrace.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and filter coffee maker.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Upstairs:
- A first bedroom with a 140cm double bed and wardrobe.
- A second mezzanine bedroom with a 140cm double bed and closet.

A shaded terrace (east-facing) with outdoor furniture, an electric grill, and a storage shed.

Access to the shared swimming pool: open from June 15 to September 30.
A free parking space is available in the residence's reserved parking lot.

Cleaning and linens are not included in the rental. Contact us for rates. Upon handing over the keys, you will be asked for two security deposits: one of €800 for the accommodation and one of €100 for the end-of-stay cleaning.

Pets are not allowed.
