In the heart of a quiet residential area of the famous Capbreton resort, the Villa Marensine welcomes you for a peaceful holiday for two or with your family. From here, everything is accessible on foot or by bike: the beach, shops, the cycle path, the lake and the Hossegor golf course... A range of leisure activities nearby for your greatest pleasure! And with its contemporary decoration and quality services, this semi-detached house guarantees you a comfortable stay. In a small condominium, this house benefits from an enclosed garden of 80m² with a wooden terrace of 60m², garden furniture and electric plancha.
