The charming exteriors of the property are prepared to offer you the rest and comfort you deserve. You will be able to refresh yourself in the hot summer days in the chlorine swimming pool which has a size of 3m x 3m and a depth of 1.5m. The porch will be the ideal place where you will be able to extend your evenings in the company of your loved ones. Please note that as it is located in a village, privacy is partial as there are neighbours nearby.

Inside this two-storey house, you will be able to relax comfortably in the spacious living-dining room, which has a fireplace, AC and satellite TV, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is independent, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a toilet on the ground floor. When it's time to sleep, you can use any of the 6 bedrooms available. The first bedroom has a double bed, AC, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, AC and a radiator. The third bedroom has a double bed, TV and access to the upper terrace. The fourth has a double bed, AC, ceiling fan, radiator and en-suite bathroom with shower. The fifth has two single beds, AC, ceiling fan and radiator and the last one has two single beds and fan. In addition, two bathrooms with hydro-massage shower complete the stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair and if you wish you can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation.

Capdepera is a beautiful town on the east coast of Mallorca. It is known for its impressive medieval castle, which was built as a defence against pirates and is one of the best preserved on the island. From its walls you can enjoy breathtaking views of the coast and the village. The town is also famous for its festivals and fairs. One of the most popular is the Medieval Fair, held in May, which recreates medieval times with sword fighting, music and dance performances, as well as food and craft stalls. During August, another important festival is held at the castle. This is the Fiesta de la Luna Llena (Full Moon Festival), where you can enjoy fireworks displays. Capdepera also has impressive beaches, such as the beach of Cala Mesquida, which is surrounded by dunes and pine forests. We recommend you to visit this impressive locality that will surely not leave you indifferent.
