The beautiful residential offers a spectacular shared chlorine pool that measures 17 x 3 meters and has a depth ranging from 1 to 1.9 meters. The attached children pool sizes 3 x 2 meters and the depth is 0.5 meters. So when you return from the beach you can cool off in the pool and then go to the apartment private terrace where you can cook a delicious barbecue. On the other side of the house there is also a porch where you can have a drink at sunset.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, and from the terrace you have direct access to the shared pool. The interior offers bright and cosy spaces such as the living dining kitchen -with AC- where you can watch TV with satellite channels and cook on the ceramic hob. The washing machine is in the kitchen and you will also find an iron and ironing board. In the accommodation, you can rest in 2 bedrooms (both with a fan), one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment. And if you travel with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair.

Cala Ratjada is a great tourist destination within the island of Mallorca. It offers all the needed services for an independent stay in addition to a beautiful white sandy beach, Cala Agulla, although there are other beautiful beaches in the area such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta. The area has a great nightlife and you can visit nearby monuments such as the the Caves of Artà or the Capdepera Castle. Golf lovers will be able to enjoy their favourite sport on the Capdepera Golf course, which is just 7.7 km away.

Pool opening hours: from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please, do not disturb between 1 and 3 pm. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
