”Great views of the lake, a well maintained property and clean. Had a couple of issues with our room and when we notified the senior staff they gave us a partial refund even though we did not request one. We were happy with the compensation, would stay there again.”

”We really enjoyed ourselves at this B&B. The breakfast was excellent, with really good coffee. We slept well on the great beds and it was very quiet. Sorry we had to leave after only two nights.”

”The room was dirty, stained/dirty sheets, floor unswept, not washed, bathroom tub surround dirty. Windows to the view were dirty. Hotel was not as pictured in the advertisement. Furniture is outdated and paint is chipping off. Tv came on but no cable or apps worked, nothing to watch.
We were given a second room after complaining about the first one. The second one was better, but the sheets were still very old and the floor need to washing.
Staff were nice and helpful, great view”

”I've always enjoyed the North hotel. Only disappointment this time is that I travelled with my puppy and there are only double beds in pet friendly rooms which made sleeping poor.
Otherwise, cleanliness was perfect.”
