”What an awful experience,where do I start?
A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked).
At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

”This hotel is in a hidden place and difficult to access. It was a nightmare. We also called in advance and could've been warned by staff. I'll rather not share the rest of the experience”
