Chalet't – Cape Cod

”On our last night the elevator broke. My husband uses a scooter and cannot use the stairs. The extremely apathetic night manager(I had to request that he come out out of the office to speak to us) said it would not be fixed soon-eventually he said we could move rooms to first floor. We declined as this would entail too much as we were leaving the next morning. ”I stayed for two days , staff were good and helpful. First day the first apartment was not clean, got another one. 2nd day I found out the window did not close. Front desk called manager and a new room was provided this was around 9pm. Next day I tried to talk to management without success. That’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I was grateful for the new room, I was also pretty upset due to all the situations. Overall clean and hot tub is nice.”

”Friendly staff. I stayed in the cottage building and found it musty smelling. Otherwise, it had a very slow draining tub mold on the bathroom walls and carpet seem was loose, running down the main part of the floor. The curtain opening the closet was dirty..”

”We were given a map to help find our room and it was beyond confusing. Room numbers were used time over time and from the road it was impossible to figure out where we were on their map. Also our room key didn't work off the bat which made us worry we we trying to get into someone else's room. We finally figured it out. The room was great. Loved our room. Bed was comfortable. But still unhappy/concerned it took us over 30mins to actually find our room.”

”We have stayed there before and have been very pleased with our stay. This time not so much breakfast was terrible food was burned etc and not prepared correctly. The tv in the room kept cutting out the audio wanted to watch us open. Front desk came down to fix but within 5 mins doing it again.. Disappointed we have recommended this property in the past but may reconsider”

”WOW what a pleasure staying at a clean place. Fresh paint nice clean fresh bathroom - no mold new fixtures sink vent fan that work clean quiet. Great location, comfy beds, breakfast adequate with a very cool no touch pancake machine and they were good too. Hard boiled eggs nice choice of breads and muffins. Easy parking. Mini split AC and the staff is amazing. The pool is spotless clean beautiful. You won't be disappointed”
