”This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!”

”Staff was friendly and helpful, however the hotel smells old,( does not smell fresh and clean) Pool was dirty and breakfast was lackluster. Gives more of a motel vibe.”

”A delightful, clean, pleasant place. None of the usual bells and whistles that mega chain motels burden you with. Just clean, modern, nicely decorated room with all the essential features. Really a fantastic throwback to the early days of mom and pop facilities before corporations overwhelmed tourism.
Loved the place. PS. only a one minute walk to one of the best ice cream places on the Cape--Cad Cod Creamery.”
