”This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!”

”Great property! Staff at checkin was awesome. Didn’t get to eat breakfast because of Fishing trip leaving so early. Staff offered to pack breakfast items the night before for us.
Room and bathroom were clean as well. And the hotel is close walking distance to Main Ave/St where a lot of your restaurants are located.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

”This was the perfect choice for us. We knew we would be driving to different areas of Cape Cod and day tripping to Martha’s Vineyard, so quaint/walkable wasn’t the priority. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable bed, balcony for fresh air…great food on site which we took to go to relax in the room after a long day traversing MV. It’s too new for tons of reviews, but don’t let that stop you, grab it while you can!”
