This centrally located Cape Coral home is near shopping, restaurants, and entertaining. You are 10-15 minutes to the yacht club. 15 minutes to pine island or the beach. The home has a formal living room and dining room. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped. The informal kitchen table seats six. The family room off the kitchen has a 70" flat screen smart tv with cable and Bose surround sound. The master bedroom has a king bed, 40" flat screen tv and large attached bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have queen beds with attached baths, one has a smart tv. The pool and spa are saltwater and solar heated with a southern exposure. There is a cage surrounding the pool. The lanai is covered with a table and chairs, BBQ grill overlooking the canal. Full laundry available. Fish off the dock we have rods and tackle box. There are 2 kayaks with life vests as well as 2 bicycles with helmets. We provide a $40 per week electric credit. Any usage over that will be deducted from your deposit. The average is $30-100 per week.
