Tämä ihana uusi River talo sijaitsee Caloosahatchee joen Cape Coral arvostetun Gold Coast alueella. Siinä on 4 makuuhuonetta, 4 kylpyjä. Talo on täysin varustettu ja kalustettu, iso Lanai, 2 vyöhyke A / C, sähkö lämmitetty uima-allas, kylpyläkeskus, BBQ grilli, iso tv, WiFi-internet, puhelin, Kapteenit Walk / veneet telakka / veneet nosta, 3 auton autotalli.
Ravintolat ja ruokailu ovat vain minuuttien päässä. Beached pääsee 20 minuutissa autolla tai veneellä.

First Class Experience

My family and I enjoyed our time in this two story, very clean and modern river house. The water views were fantastic especially from the upper balcony of the house and the hot tub. The house itself was great too, including the bedrooms and bathrooms. Interface with Claudia, the property manager was top-notch, who was professional and prompt in her responses. Minor issues were resolved right away. We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful house

This beautiful house was as pictured and described. The house was spotless upon arrival. The pool and outside patio area were also very clean. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed on hand.

Amazing Property

The pictures didn’t do it justice. We were able to spend most of our time enjoying the lanai as well as the view. The upstairs porch was a relaxing place to take a break from the sun and the kitchen was stocked with almost anything you would need. We really enjoyed our time there and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful waterfront location!

We spent five days here and this home did not disappoint! The view was amazing looking into the river from the living room and pool lanai. We spent a lot of time outside eating, laying out and getting in the hot tub. Unfortunately the week we were there, the pool heater was not working and the water was pretty cold so it was hard to really enjoy being in the pool, but we loved the infinity feature. It looked as though the water was falling into the river. We had our own personal boat dock, although we never rented a boat or even went to the beach for that matter. We just enjoyed the house and amenities provided. There was no detail missed in this home. We had everything we needed including food that was left in the pantry for our consumption. The neighborhood was nice and safe. As a matter of fact, we accidentally left one of our car doors open all night long and when we realized it the next morning, there was nothing touched or taken from our car. We are already talking to a few of our friends about coming back this summer to stay in this home. I would highly recommend.

A Hotel-Like Home

I’ll spare you the elaborate details about the spacious bedrooms, upgraded finishings, infinity pool, gorgeous river front view, etc. This house was in one word STUNNING! I’d rent this house many multiple times in the future, our kids LOVED it too!

Great property, but we were not told from the start the pool heat, refrigerator in the kitchen and the washing machine were all broke. The refrigerator was fixed day three of our stay. The others were never fixed. We also never received the code for the house. We had to be let in by the cleaning staff.

Enjoyed our socially distanced spring break stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Enough space for our family to spread out and great gatherings spaces for games, meals and fun. We all enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. The beaches on Sanibel Island were worth the short drive. The house was clean and well stocked. Would definitely rent this home again.

Great property

We had a great time at this property, overall it was a great location and a positive experience. We enjoyed playing pool, using the infinity pool and hot tub. We all had enough room. Minor issue with no paper towels, very little soap in hand dispensers, as well as for the dishwasher, no trash bags, very little chlorine for hot tub.

Amazing place and beautiful views

This home was super clean. From the moment you walk in you can tell that the place is well maintained. We had not traveled since the COVID-19 was first announced so we were hesitant on the location and cleanliness of the home we chose. This place exceeded our expectation. The bed were super comfortable, every room had extra pillows and towels. The entertainment system was amazing throughout the house. The house surprised us since we were not expecting a game room/gym with a pool table. We had bikes to enjoy a morning ride. The place had fishing rods in the garage and we were able to catch plenty of fish right off the dock. The morning view were breathtaking. Diana was so pleasant to communicate with and hod no problem with anything we needed. We will be planning soon a return to this home.

Fantastic House

This is a really impressive house located on the water with a private swimming pool. The house was prepared for our arrival and was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Staycation

Was looking forward to a relaxing change of scenery during this Covid "time". My daughter and I decided we would splurge on the house as we weren't going to be going out anywhere. We arrived and the house looked spectacular from the outside. When we stepped inside we were amazed by how beautiful the house, the view and decor was. We were pleasantly surprised when we found the pool table (we overlooked that on the listing). We had to reach out to the property manager because we weren't able to figure out the cover on the jacuzzi, and she called me right back and we were able to figure it out. We also had a minor issue with the heating of the pool but it was all corrected in a timely manner. I'm hoping to come back real soon! It was truly an amazing stay. Don't get me started on the bedding - next time i will make sure that i plan one day where i lay in bed all day.

We like the Cape. Visit several times a year. Stay with friends or the Westin. They all were booked up so we looked on VRBO and discovered this amazing place. We had a great time, beautiful house, we will be back!!!
