We are a professional local property management company and are available 24/7 if needed.
Our property manager stops by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in. He will answer any of your questions.
You are renting the entire house and will not have to share any spaces. You will let yourself into the house via an access code which we will send you a week prior to your arrival.

Villa Coral Bliss is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the center of beautiful SW Cape Coral. A Publix grocery store, Walmart, multiple great restaurants and bars, a Target, a CVS, a Walgreens, a weekly farmers market, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, and multiple beautiful parks and marinas are just a few minutes away by car.

A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information for your arrival and we will arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

Relax in our awesome brand-new built Villa Coral Bliss where sophistication and elegance meet coziness and warmth. As soon as you enter this gorgeous home your body goes into vacation mode. From a huge pool and a great lanai with an outdoor kitchen, to an 80 inch TV and a sofa with recliners big enough for some whole family TV nights, to some great and spacious bedrooms - all with king size beds and TVs- to 3 full super bathrooms - all with huge walk-in showers...and last but not least to a wonderful kitchen with everything you need to entertain and cook - if you feel like it;) - it's all there.

Take the kayaks for a spin through the canals, spend some time fishing right off the property, take a dip in the heated pool, relax in the sun with a good book and last but not least enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner at sunset on the nicely lit patio – how do days like that sound?

Villa Coral Bliss is conveniently located in the heart of Cape Coral. No matter if you want to go out and eat in one of our great restaurants or if you want to go shopping or visit a park or a marina - everything is within a 5-to-10-minute car ride.


Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
Please note: In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees. You can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
