Your Vacation Home was recently fully redone with a brand new kitchen, new appliances, and fresh paint throughout! The furnishings are also all new along with an amazing tiki bar, custom rock stream, & tropical waterfall right next to the pool. Tropical palms line the fenced back yard and the home is located within a 5-8 minute bike ride to downtown and also the Yacht Club beach and fishing pier. The tiki bar outdoor kitchen, patio covered teak wood dining table for 8, outdoor tv, and private backyard with a hammock make for an ultra relaxing and peaceful environment. The Yacht club and downtown are the most desirable vacation destination areas in Cape Coral, Florida and this amazing home sits right in between both neighborhoods.

You'll enter through the front door to find a fully open kitchen & living room layout, leading right back to the open covered patio & pool.
The dining room is mostly open to the family room which provides a great sitting area for family talks, games, or waiting to take a walk to the Farmers Market or Craft Fairs held regularly in Downtown Cape. The family room boasts a 50" smart TV and has family games located in the console table under the TV. The swimming pool has a higher than typical full screen enclosure to help keep away the pests while providing a maximum amount of fresh air and sunlight while swimming, lounging or playing. The added screen height helps that space feel even more open and relaxing.

The master off by itself has a king bed and its own bathroom with shower. Two guest rooms have queen beds while the other guest room has 2 twin beds. The queen bedroom in the back of the house has an adjustable base bed frame with remote and this bedroom requires walking through the guest bathroom or entering from the rear patio door. The home is a "split floor plan" having the master bed and bath on the right side by itself, boasting a king size bed, walk in shower, separate sliding glass door to the pool and it's own heating and cooling via a mini split system for added comfort.

All windows and sliding doors in the home have been upgraded to quality impact rated products to provide piece of mind when significant storms come through the area.
There is also a full length child protective fence that can separate the patio from the pool.

The neighborhood is quiet and off the main road but close enough that you can quickly get to many amazing restaurants, grocery stores and cafes. Also be sure to grab the best Gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ located downtown. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Fish Tale grill or Jungle Tiki Bird, all within a few minutes drive from the house and located in downtown Cape.
JRA Bicycle shop is just above downtown and they offer free delivery to the house for bike rentals.

We provide towels, beach towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish washer soap and Kcups. There also is an iron and ironing board available for use. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, hand towels, and at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Guests who stay have full access to the entire home and outdoor area with no shared space. The house has a one car garage and just has a few items in it including two coolers, so pulling into the garage isn't complicated. If needed, you can easily fit 3 to 4 cars in the driveway since there is added parking space next to the house on the right.

* TOILETRIES
We are happy to provide a toiletries starter package for your arrival including 2-3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.

* OUTDOOR LIGHTING
The front of the house has a porch light and a solar powered light post. Out back is a motion flood light for the pool area, another flood light by the back door that is turned on with a switch, and also a light string around the outdoor dining table. There also is LED color changing lights around the waterfall and tiki bar/hut that automatically turn on at night. There are also cafe lights in a timer around the tiki.

* BBQ GRILL
The grill under the tiki hut has a propane tank ready to go. If that one empties, there is a second full tank underneath the outdoor sink. If you do switch out the tanks, please let us know so that we can plan to refill the empty tank after your stay.

* HAMMOCK in YARD
The hammock base is in the backyard and the Hammock itself is hanging on hooks in the back garage wall. When not using the hammock, please hang it back up in the garage to keep it clean.
