    The Space:

    Sail to the Caloosahatchee River in just minutes from the private dock of this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath canal-front home. Inside, the bright and airy interior features plush furnishings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a variety of helpful gadgets, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Casual dining can be enjoyed at the kitchen bar or breakfast table, while more formal meals can be shared around the main dining table.





    The living area offers a spacious sectional and a flat-screen Apple TV, ideal for relaxing movie nights after a day in the sun. The single-story layout includes a comfortable primary suite with direct access to the back patio and an en suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, making it easy to accommodate families or groups.





    Outside, your private tropical oasis awaits. The screened-in lanai offers a sparkling heated pool, a covered patio, and plenty of comfortable seating. Down at the water’s edge, the dock features a tiki bar, making it the perfect spot for evening cocktails or casting a fishing line. Boaters will love the quick and easy access to the Caloosahatchee River.





    This home is conveniently located just 6 miles from Yacht Club Public Beach and only 14 miles from Fort Myers Beach. Downtown Cape Coral, with its selection of restaurants and shops, is just 3 miles away, and nature lovers can enjoy scenic walks at Glover Bight Trail, located 8 miles from the home.

Great Location and Great House

We loved staying here. The house was very clean, and the kitchen extremely well stocked (blender, crock pot, utensils, etc.). We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again.

Spring Training Trip 2024

My buddies and I stayed here for our 7th annual Red Sox spring training trip & it was a truly awesome stay. We loved the location, the pool was great, all the amenities were nice, and we spent every morning & evening hanging out on the dock down by the canal. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful relaxing home

We had a great stay at this home. It has everything you could need. All you need is your clothes! A beautiful backyard pool area. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here!

Reset and recharge

The intent of our trip was to reset and charge from our busy schedule and this is exactly what we got while staying at this property. We really enjoyed the pool and the scenery of the canal. It was a very quiet location and close enough to restaurants and able to visit other locations like Fort Myers Beach. Everything was as pictured and really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to others.

Don’t pass on this one!

This house has it all!! We had an amazing time with plenty of space, wonderful outdoor area, comfy beds, and beach equipment. It’s perfectly located for all Cape Coral and Fort Myers has to offer. We love the area and return year after year. We will be renting this house again in the future. 1000% recommend!

Perfect home! Perfect Location!

This was our second time staying here. You have everything you need! The water view is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are nice to use! The layout of the house is perfect for sharing with another couple or for families. The location is great and close to pretty much anything. Can’t go wrong with this one!!

Quiet and Comfy Retreat

This home is very well appointed and has infinitely more amenities than any home we have rented in past! Very peaceful and relaxing on pool deck and hot tub is just what old bones need! House is close to some great dining (really loved Fins!). We were here for 10 days and had zero issues! Highly recommend!!

It was very nice and relaxing the pool was bless full. I would recommend the owner cut the palms by the pool due to the fruit rats he has running around the pool cage.

Beautiful well equipped spacious home

We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this home was one of the most well equipped homes we’ve ever been in. Clean, spacious, pet friendly.. pool was beautiful and hot tub was an added bonus. They literally thought of everything and took the worry out of traveling. One slight issue but was able to contact the local rep for the home who resolved the issue quickly and gracefully.

Great Location and Overall Good Home

Roomy and comfortable home right on canal close to restaurants and shopping. Great for boaters and fisherman. Nicely supplied kitchen with plenty of glasses, plates and small appliances. Plenty of towels and linens. Nice size pool, adequately warmed except for poor filtration that never removed bugs and dirt. Wonderful hot tub. Would consider a future stay only if work on new house next door is complete.

The neighborhood was great. Lots of friendly people to saw hello to on our walks. Saw the burrowing owls - so cool. The house was great. Loved the way the house could be so open during the beautiful weather we thoroughly enjoyed. Few minor things that were taken care of quickly by Christine in customer service. We enjoyed our stay and took full advantage of the comfortably heated pool and hot tub. The views on the canal were awesome. Sunsets, manatees and we even saw a dolphin. We would definitely rent again.

Family Escape

The house shows just like the listing advertised. Our visit was during the holiday break and though the weather did finally warm up but the pool remained very cold. Would have liked to know ahead of time that there was no solar cover on the pool. But that alone would not change my mind and I would still reserve this house.

Great House - Property Management Disorganized

This house was absolutely wonderful - great home and would rent again, but their property management team (Vacassa) was disorganized and slow to respond. We paid for pool heat in advance and asked that hot tub be filled up prior to arrival. No heat and hot tub water level extremely low when we got there. When we called, them, it took them nearly 24 hours to respond - however, great property, excellent house!

Stayed with Son and Family

This is a 4-5 star rating with a few issues - good/not so good. Good - Home was laid out well since we stayed with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 children 8 and 5. Home was well supplied with plenty of bath and swim towels, kitchen was well stocked, extra blankets and pillows, paid extra for heated pool well worth the money!The desk work space was excellent as my husband was working remotely.Not so good - Hot tub was under repair (not their fault but it was one of the reasons we rented this property), no handbook on how TV's worked and what channels that we had access to, grill was unusable because of the grease that had built up in the grease pan below the crates (something a renter would not have tools to clean), lights were out, Overall we were pleased with the home.

Nice Spacious Home

Home was very nice, well-equipped, clean, and spacious. Outdoor lanai was lovely as was the view. I would recommend the home. Home has a lot of amenities and devoid of virtually nothing. A few things however, communication is through a third party and the third party was commendable with direct communication with us, however, communication between the third party and owners of the property is poor. If an issue arises during your stay, I feel it might not be resolved during your stay because of this. The TV of the Master Suite was unusable due to needing a PIN#. We requested it several times or to at least have the PIN disabled, but property owners never responded to the third party during our entire stay. I also had a few inquiries prior to our arrival and the third party informed me that they would get back to me with answers to those inquiries once the property owners got back to them, however, I never received any responses to those inquiries. So again, communication with owners is not great. Also, the windows and screen doors of the main living area have no curtains or blinds so if privacy is important to you, this might not be a good property for you. Other than that, the home was very nice and we had a lovely time

Great property. Mediocre management

Great home but The communication was inconsistent and there were issues with the property that left a lot to be desired compared to the listing. The good- nice property in a quiet location. Pretty dock space. Nice pool. Beds and linens were great. Kitchen appliances are top notch. The bad- The hot tub was not on or filled as pictured in the listing. The screened in patio was missing an entire screen panel and let all the bugs in. The main sliding door to the pool was unlocked and remained broken in an unlocked state until a locksmith was called. They said they couldn’t fix it and zip tied it shut, eliminating it from being used through the entire week. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a week with 5 people and one trash bag and paper towel. We messaged more than a week prior to see if renters were using the pool heat or what the temperature of the pool would be. No answer. Listing said 3 days notice to turn it on. So we arrived with no pool heat and then 3 days prior to checkout we got an answer telling us that it requires 3 days notice to turn on the pool heat…yeah, I know that. I read the terms when I booked months ago.
