We originally booked this property for 7 days, we ended up staying 12 days.The place was clean, the king bed and pillows were excellent, the shower and bathroom were great and the living space is perfect for my wife and I and our little dog!!In addition to that, the location is the best we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. At least 4 tiki bars within one block of the property with live music at all every day from 6-9 weekdays and 7-10 on weekends!!Tikis bars all had great food at great prices. The Monkey bar portions and prices were amazing!! Grocery stores a short drive ( 2 miles). It’s has all you need. Also the Cape Coral Yacht club was a 2 mile drive with free parking and clean bathrooms!We will definitely stay here again!!Paula and scot were very responsive with any questions we had!!Great spot!!

We enjoyed our time at Starfish Stays. Our host was very responsive and we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the outdoor area and the location was in walking distance to some great restaurants.

Adequate checkin details not given, front door lock kept jamming, had to call to get laundry door code, laundry lock not working correctly, & had to contact to get checkout directions. Never identified where trash was to be taken.

Birthday weekend!

My boyfriend and I planned a last-minute trip for his birthday down to Cape Coral. My parents live in the area and I wanted to find a spot that was close to them and walking distance to all the fun restaurants and bars in downtown – and this property was exactly that! They are directly next-door to two of my favorite spots (Jungle Bird and Tiki Hut) and walking distance to some of my other favorites (Backstreet, Monkey Bar, Rusty’s, and so many more). Even with being directly next-door to the bar Jungle Bird, you can’t hear anything which offered a prime location plus a quiet place to come back and relax. The owners of the property are wonderful to communicate with. They are responsive and even went above and beyond for us. I had put a note that it was my boyfriends birthday and asked if they could do anything for it. I was expecting just a note or maybe a small sign that said happy birthday. However, to my surprise we showed up to a banner hanging outside and a decoration inside. My boyfriend absolutely loved it and it was such a nice touch! They also accommodated an early check-in to the best of their ability. I truly appreciated all they did for us!! Even though my parents are close by, sometimes when the whole family visits or we have to bring our dog we need a place to stay and I would 1000% choose this property again. Thanks again for such a wonderful space!

First time in Cape Coral

We wanted a place close to downtown where we could walk to most everything we wanted to do. This is that place. very clean, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and we felt safe. Could have used having a mixing bowl or two and other items but you adapt. BTW where did you get the towels, they are great!

Spring Training stay

My college aged son and I stayed 3 nights to catch some spring training games. Great location as it was close to breakfast and dinner establishments and a short 30 minutes to JetBlue Park. Perfect for 2 or family of 4 with King bed in BR and pullout sofa. Very comfortable and clean.

Amazingly cute and convenient place to get away for work or play in Cape Coral!

Wow! What an incredible stay we had with Starfish Stays at this adorable, brand new place in downtown Cape Coral. Paula and Scot thought of everything! When you reserve this property, get ready to simply show up and RELAX! The bed was SO comfy, the kitchen was set up to walk in to begin cooking any dish you can dream of and there is even coffee with creamer and sugar waiting for you to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the lanai every morning! The fire place is perfect for chilly nights in the winter with the beautiful lighting system surrounding it which makes for a wonderful evening in. There are countless places with entertainment within walking distance, with The Jungle Bird being literally right next door if you want to go out for the night! The outside seating area with the grill and lava rock heater was incredible to enjoy! We will not only be staying here again but also we will be booking with Paula and Scot at their other locations in FL and TN.
