No extra guests allowed without written approval
No smoking inside the home and pool area.
No loud music outside and quiet time starts at 10 p.m.
The pool pump runs automatically each day. Both the pool and hot tub shut off at midnight. Our pool is set to 86°F year-round, but colder air temperatures may prevent it from reaching this level. The hot tub can be heated up to 102°F when in use. Please do not adjust the pool or hot tub temperature without prior approval. Always turn off the hot tub when not in use.
Please put Trash and Recycling bins out to the road on Sunday night for early Monday morning pickup.
Make sure to put the kayaks up by the garden after use. Please DO NOT leave them on the dock. Heavy rain may flood the dock and will float the kayaks away. $400 fine for each lost kayak.
Please keep an eye on the bike when use. Unattended bike will get stolen and result in a fine of $100
If you plan to park an RV or a boat at the front of the house, please let us know. Permit is required to do so in the city of Cape Coral. We can help you obtain proper permit for your stay without extra cost.
We provide a starter kit with a sufficient supply of toilet paper in each bathroom, along with paper towels and dishwasher pods. A gas grill is available for your use and must be cleaned immediately after each use. If it is not cleaned by checkout, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
Cameras on property. Front Door, Side and back pointed at the dock. No camera over pool area or interior.
