Upon entry into Villa Windows on the Water guests will be blown away by the luxury living space and high vaulted ceilings. The whole space is illuminated by natural light shining through large sliding glass doors throughout the house. This home features two living spaces giving guests plenty of space to sit down and relax and watch their favorite movie or tv show on the Smart TVs. For the true movie loving guests, the media room is the perfect place to spend the evenings! This room features reclining style seating and a large TV. For the studious guest, the home office provides a luxurious quite space to work. Guests who love to cook will find everything they need in this dream kitchen. Large countertops leave plenty of space for guests to whip up their favorite meals and the kitchen is well stocked with any essential items. Three separate dining areas (including one outside) gives guest plenty of choices for where to eat and relax.
In the master bedroom guests will find a luxurious King size bed, Smart TV, direct access to the pool and an ensuite. This ensuite features a large soaking tub and double sinks. In the other two bedrooms guests will find comfortable queen size beds. Bathrooms throughout the house come with a walk-in shower.

In the lanai guests will find a large custom heated pool. This pool is perfect for floating around, soaking up the sun, and playing pool games.
