Inside, the open-concept layout offers more than 2,000 square feet of beautifully designed living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

The stunning kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seating, and a cozy dining nook overlooking the lanai. Fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen essentials, it’s ready for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to family dinners at home.



The spacious primary suite feels like a boutique hotel retreat with a king bed, private lanai access, Roku TV, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a relaxing jetted soaking tub.



The guest bedrooms are thoughtfully separated from the primary suite for additional privacy — ideal for families or couples traveling together. One guest room features a queen bed, Roku TV and direct lanai access with beautiful waterfront views, while the second guest room offers two twin beds and a small workspace for remote work or school breaks.



Outside, the waterfront setting truly sets this home apart. The private dock and captain’s walk provide space to tie up a boat up to 24 feet, making it easy to explore Cape Coral’s extensive canal system and nearby Gulf waters. Guests can also enjoy the provided cruiser bikes to explore the surrounding neighborhood and nearby waterfront areas. Please note the boat lift is not available for guest use.



Located in the heart of SW Cape Coral, you’ll be close to waterfront dining, local breweries, shopping, fishing charters, live entertainment, and popular destinations like Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point Marina.
