Gulf access canal frontage waterfront has a concrete dock complete with sun loungers and a tiki bar with barstool seating. There is a captain's walk dock as well, where you may tie up a boat up to 24'. Please note, the boat lift is not for guest use.

Two popular waterfront fine dining and shopping districts are nearby - Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point. The southeast corner of the Cape has a lively nightlife and dining area; there are numerous parks, including a family friendly waterpark that is open seasonally and the Yacht Club Beach park which is open year round; grocery stores, shopping plazas and dining are in plentiful supply throughout the Cape.
This property is approximately 21 miles from RSW International Airport and 16 miles from Fort Myers Beach.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.
Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the home owner have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.
Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.
Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.
