This vacation home has everything to give you the true feeling of a modern Key West.

The two spacious master suites both have direct access to the pool deck as well as an amazing view over the water during the day, which is just as beautiful as the view of the reflecting pool lights at night. The third suite is separated from the other ones by a sliding door and own hallway.

Every suite has its own closet and bathroom with a shower, while one master bathroom additionally includes a bath tub. Of course every room is equipped with a 55” TV and a sound dock to keep you entertained 24/7 whenever you want.
In the enchanting 1000 sqft open living and dining room you can find a comfortable living area for six persons equipped with a 65” flat screen TV. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The modern, open kitchen does not leave any cook’s wishes unfulfilled. To top off your perfect lunch or dinner the cozy dining area offers a stunning view of the pool and the canal to the south-west. Besides the classical drip coffee maker, it provides a Nespresso coffee machine and a milk frother.

But your vacation’s highlight in Villa Perfect Life will probably be the 1800 sqft pool deck. Whether you’re a sun worshipper and want to get your summer tan or prefer reading a good book in the shade of the 30ft foxtail palms; you’ll definitely find the right spot. The west facing terrace and pool deck, which are both equipped with travertine tiles, allow you to enjoy the sun already after breakfast and offer you the chance to catch a breathtaking sunset during dinner.

The 33ft long and solar-heatable designer pool is not only perfect for every passionate swimmer who doesn’t want to miss a workout, but also for relaxing on the sun ledge and drinking a cocktail. Or you just enjoy a sundowner in the whirlpool, which provides enough space for six persons and can be illuminated and separately heated. Later on let yourself be enchanted by the LED lighting and water feature which is illuminated as well.

Furthermore the villa offers high speed wireless connection in the indoor as well as in the outdoor area, a barbecue and a boat dock with a boat lift. From the “Captain’s Walk”, a continuous jetty along the whole property length, you have a nice view over the canal! The villa also has a porch located on the Eastern side - ideal for watching the sunrise, if you’re an early bird!

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

In Cape Coral, our property management team will take care of you. They will be ready to help you with all your problems and questions during your stay. After your arrival, they will show you around in the house. Moreover, we prepared a folder with useful information about your vacation location.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
