Tämän savuttoman huvilan palveluihin kuuluu ulkouima-allas, pyykinpesutilat ja puutarha. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on grillejä. Huvilassa asiakkaiden käytössä on 4 makuuhuonetta sekä ilmainen Wi-Fi ja DVD-soitin. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi sekä uuni, ja asiakkaiden käytössä on myös yksityinen uima-allas ja poreamme. Siivouspalvelu on saatavilla pyynnöstä.
Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on yksityinen uima-allas ja DVD-soitin. Huoneessa on patio. Huoneissa on kalusteina ruokailupöytä ja keittiösaareke. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihku, poreamme ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Asiakkaat voivat surffata verkossa käyttämällä huonehintaan sisältyvää langatonta internetyhteyttä. Huoneissa on älytelevisio. Lisäksi huoneissa on tallelokerot ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Siivous on saatavilla pyynnöstä.

Läget är magiskt, nära till allt. Lätt att ut o springa om morgonen och starta dagen. Stort och mycket utrymmen, som ger möjlighet även för avskildhet. Master sovrummets badrum är otroligt. Köket gav alla möjligheter som behövdes, att sitta vid Polen och äta frukost är lyx! Närheten till kanalen o lugnet det ger att sitta och titta på vattnet är toppen. Enkelt o lätt att kommunicera med värden.

Christmas Vacation 2024

The house was gorgeous. The pool was warm and amazing. The canal was full of wildlife....even had a manatee visit us. We stayed for a week. There were plenty of places to eat, things to do, or if we wanted, just hangout at the house and enjoy.

My first bad review

I have never left a bad review but this will be my first. I booked this house just about a year in advance. Stated i was bringing pets. At the time it was 2, but adopted a dog that was going to be put down (3) When i returned home there wasnt a message thanking me for renting from them but a bill, no damage was done by the dogs. The first day we were there the sliding glass door hinge came out of the wall (we fixed it) the toilet paper holder broke (we fixed it) i guess this is to be expected from an older house. When sitting on the couch i hit my head on a MEDAL BAR in the couch cushion. This resulted in a huge knot on the back of my head and daily headaches. We did make the best of things and had a good time. When I informed the owner what happened, there was no apology (only after i called her out did she give a half hearted apology "im sorry but" why didn’t I tell her sooner about the couch. Like calling her at midnight would have changed everything. I messaged her as soon as i got home) that wasn’t quick enough apparently. I had no intention of making this public, but the owners attitude changed my mind. The house was fine, other than the safety hazard with the couch. The owners attitude is what i had an issue with, totally uncalled for. I've never had this kind of experience when renting a house and would never rent from them again. Her only concern was with the couch not with anyones safety.She also has her neighbors spy on you and report back to her when you leave.

Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed from July 6-14, 2024. Our first few days were a bit rough due to VERY loud neighbors partying after midnight, but after they left a few days later, we really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well stocked and the manager was amazing in her communication and helpfulness. There were a few bumps, but nothing we couldn't get around. This is a home and with all homes sometimes things happen, but they handled it right away. This was a beautiful home. If you want to fish, just know that the fishing wasn't great, but the kids did catch a few catfish and a gar. Also, there are no dressers and that's one major thing I would suggest for the future. All in all, I would definitely recommend. It's very accommodating for large families and the kids absolutely loved the pool and pool table! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Not as described

Nice house in a good location. The description led me to believe that this was a well equipped house. This was not the case.The dishwasher, the washing machine and coffee machine didn't work. This was partially resolved with a new coffee maker. The bedding had seen better days and there was a hole in the mattress protector. We did report these issues .appliance men were sent but couldn't fix the appliances. We did receive fresh towels and dishcloths but that was on our last night after a 10 day stay. The washing machine was particularly important with four adults and a three year old . The annoying part was that the owner was aware of these issues. Did contact the agent about the considerable inconvenience and am waiting a reply. This is not a well-equipped house with attention to detail.

Grad trip

We rented this house for our daughter's graduation trip. From arrival to departure, everything was seamless. Ingrid, the host had the lights and music going, and cold drinks waiting when we arrived. The house was clean, and plenty of everything available. We enjoyed sunsets around the pool, listening to the birds and watching the manatees in the morning, and the storms from the Lanai were incredible!! We'd definitely recommend.

Very nice house

We had an absolutely amazing experience during our one-month stay at this house. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by its beauty and spaciousness. Ingrid, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by pleasant music playing in the background, and there was even a bottle of champagne awaiting us, along with a cozy doggie bed and treats for our furry friend. Ingrid's thoughtfulness truly made us feel special. Throughout our entire visit, Ingrid proved to be an exceptional host, always prompt and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was reassuring to know that if any issues arose, she would address them promptly and efficiently. Her attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the fantastic pool area. We found ourselves dining there for every meal, as it provided a delightful ambiance and a great setting to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We never even felt the need to use the indoor dining room because the pool area was so inviting. Regarding the neighborhood, we found it to be pleasant and welcoming. The neighbors were friendly, and we felt a sense of community throughout our stay. It's worth noting that if you plan on bringing a boat, there is a 45-minute no-wake zone to reach the river. However, we actually appreciated this because it allowed us to take our time and enjoy both house hunting and exploring the waterways.

Best rental property!

This property was simply amazing! It's even more beautiful in person than it is in the amazing photos taken. Everything was as described and perfect upon arrival. Music was playing and the lights were on for us. It felt very welcoming and the host even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. Such a thoughtful and generous surprise! The home was completely stocked with everything one would need. The communication with the host was excellent and she addressed any questions we had and even allowed us to bring our dog. We loved our stay so much that we even ended up extending our stay and Ingrid made the process super easy. We are already looking into rebooking.

Great Vacation

The house was absolutely perfect! My family (husband, 11 year old and 9 year old) along with my in-laws spent the week here. The house was so relaxing. We loved the saltwater pool and the pool table. Both got lots of use. The house was clean and fully stocked. We would definitely stay again!

We had the best visit to the cape while staying here. This house is perfect. Every amenity you could want and very clean and the pool is amazing. We already rebooked! The pics don’t do it justice. If in doubt just book it!

The Perfect Getaway

The house was perfect for our entire family. We could not have asked for a better experience. The outdoor pools and sitting area were awesome. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was was within minutes of everything that we needed. The dock on the canal was great as my two sons were constantly entertained by catching fish from the dock. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
