VRCC Villa The Salty Gal

Impeccable, spacious 3 bedroom villa in the best location of Cape Coral. Our villa is located in the south-west corner of Cape Coral very close to the Tarpon Point Marina. It is one of the best and most sought after residential areas in Cape Coral. The port at Tarpon Point is a 10-minute walk away. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance. This vacation home is particularly suitable for families with children. The Camelot Park with it´s large playground is quickly accessible. There are also 2 free tennis courts available, which are also illuminated in the evening.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area. The only traffic in this street will be by neighbors.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It not only offers fast boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area. The boat can be booked with the house. All our boats have powerful engines (at least 200HP), GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

Even completely inexperienced boaters will get their money's worth. The proximity to the open water makes boating very easy. Anyone driving the boat will receive a briefing on arrival.

The right boat can optionally be booked for this house and will be handed over by an experienced captain on arrival. Please ask us for more informations in order to get the right boat for you.

To keep nightly rates low and minimize wear & tear on our equipment, we charge $0.19 per kWh for energy consumption, this averages about 500 kWh/week.

Not a great stay

We had high-hopes for this rental but were ultimately dissatisfied, here's why: -Pool/Spa heater didn't work -Lots of sand in bottom of pool -Weeds growing up through patio in multiple locations -Many dents/missing paint on walls throughout -Virtually no supplies in house (garbage bags/soap/toile paper etc) -Poor curb appeal Not a great value compared to other similar rentals in Capa Coral.

Vacation at Villa El Dorado

We enjoyed our stay at Villa El Dorado. The house itself had been nicely updated. It was clean and in good condition. The location was also beautiful with a nice park down the street. I was disappointed by the furnishings and how the kitchen was stocked. The furnishings were incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. The couch in the living area was tiny and extremely uncomfortable. The house lacked rugs and the finishings you would expect in that level of a home. The kitchen needed more glassware and plates. I would recommend they add more plastic glassware and plates for the eating area next to the pool. I was unable to get the spa to heat up. The property manager used the control to turn it on but it did not heat. The property manager stopped by without warning the morning after we checked into the property to have me sign paperwork. I was in my pajamas and cooking breakfast for my children. She was very nice but it was an intrusion. We typically sign everything electronically before staying in rental homes. Overall, I would recommend this house if you do not care about the furnishings.

Quiet and Restfull

The property was as shown in the adverts, spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and the pool was fabulous. however for the price I would have expected a small welcome pack and something decent to watch on the TV. overall a lovely 2 weeks.

We spent our summer vacation here in early August and this house is amazing!!! It had everything you could possibly want. Owners were super helpful with the minor issue we had. Loved everything and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Home

This place was PERFECT! We had a great time lounging at the bug free pool. Which is important we discovered! The second you walk out of the screened in area you are attacked by mosquitos! So we were thankful for the bug free zone! The neighborhood was overall very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. If we ever venture back that way we will definitely book here again! I would say, and it doesn't lower my star rating at all, if there could be more convenience items it would make it easier for travelers to not have to worry about bringing or buying those items at the store. ie.... bar soap for the showers, hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, extra roll of paper towels, and more 13 gallon bags for the kitchen trash. We made due with what was there but if our stay was longer we may have had to get some of that stuff. Thank you for a lovely home to stay in! Overall great place!

Great location !

The property was perfect and very clean ! It had all the amenities we needed. There was not ver clear communication with the property manager as the person I was in communication with turned out to be out of the country . I spoke to someone else who said they would be over between 10-12 , I didn’t hear a knock and she let herself in and I couldn’t catch her as I was trying to get dressed and my husband was at the grocery store . The next morning we scared suddenly with a knock at the door at 830am as my husband was just dressed and I was just getting he out of the shower . She wanted to do a “check in” two days after being at the property . There should be a phone call or better communication if they must come out . We loved the place and the location to get out to the water .

Beautiful rental.

From the time you walk in the front door, you see a beautiful living area leading out to pool and canal. We ate every meal at the outdoor dining table. House is well equipped with all the kitchen needs. Pool is heated and relaxing. Perfect vacation home.

Beautiful property - amazing outdoor area & pool!

We stayed here for our first ever family vacation with our 4 little girls. It was also our first time in a VRBO! We absolutely loved the outdoor area, our kids did not want to leave the pool. It did take awhile to heat up at first, but once it did was very nice! Loved all the door access from the house to the pool area. As a mom with little ones, there's 2 things I'd change to have made it more cozy (although not bad by any means)..... the living room furniture wasn't great, esp for a family of 6. The kids like to snuggle up with us and it made it difficult. A nice cozy sectional or standard couch would be great!! Secondly was the lack of childrens kitchen items (cups, silverware, etc).... our kids are 2, 3, 5 & 6 and so were using large cups etc. We'd def recommend staying here & hope to be back. OH, and we also LOVED the tiki hut! So fun, the kids absolutely loved eating breakfast under it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Spot

The heated pool area and spa were great for my family. We saw dolphins in the canal and the layout and house location worked great for our family. We rented a boat and was easy access to restaurants, Sanibel etc. Mgmt was super responsive and helpful to all questions. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you

Very Nice Home and location. But!

We enjoyed our stay here. The home fit our needs. The boat rental option was great. We wish we knew the home had internet only TV with no local tv coverage. Also it took 2 days for them to fix the jacuzzi which would not heat up. Then when we needed it the most, the dryer was not functioning and we had to air dry all of our laundry. This delayed our leaving the home to the next part of our vacation and was a very important reason we booked this home. The maid informed us that they always have problems with that dryer. We asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience but our requests were ignored. Keep this in mind and discuss with managers when booking.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa. The home is light and bright and very comfortable. Everything is readily available to make yourself comfortable. Ample supply of linens and dishes and the pool is awesome. The owner and managers are very helpful and responsive. Did not want to leave. Thank you.

Great pool

It was everything promised, the only draw back is the living room furniture. It is not made for a family to sit and gather for a movie or football game for example.
