Kuinka rentouttava koti Etelä-Cape Coralin alueella kuulostaa lomalle? Tämä on siisti, raikas ja mukava koti. Et tule pettymään. Hinta heijastaa sitä, että olemme markkinoilla uusia. Tähän kotiin on suora yhteys minuutin päässä Meksikonlahdelta, joka sijaitsee Cape Coralin eteläosassa. Se on suuri uima-allas, telakka kalastukseen ja kaunis maisemointi. Läheisellä julkisella rannalla on veneiden käynnistäminen, joten voit pitää veneesi kanavalla sijaitsevassa talossa. Siellä on kaikki uudet kalusteet ja se on avoin pohjaratkaisu, raikas ja puhdas. Kolme makuuhuonetta (kuningas, kuningatar ja kuningatar), kolme täyttä kylpyammetta, iso olohuone, Florida-huone, kolme suurta liukuvia lasiovia, jotka avautuvat uima-altaalle, täysin varustettu keittiö ja mukava pesutupa. Varastointiin on yksi autotalli ja kaksi pyörää.

This is the second time we were able to stay here and it did not disappoint. Beautiful home, near the beach for relaxing walks and the pool area is just fantastic. We spent all of our time in the pool or outside relaxing. Perfect relaxing vacation to reset for the new year. House has everything you could possibly need. Just wonderful.

Just Perfect

Great house with everything you could ever need. Great host who was super responsive and so nice and helpful with queries. We loved the house, furnishings, amenities, and pool which was stunning and there was so much pool furniture. Fans in all the rooms and AC kept everyone comfortable. You won’t be disappointed!

The owner, Cheri was great communicating throughout our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, easy to find and very accommodating for families. Close to the beach, restaurants, and on the water so you can rent a boat nearby. The pool and outside lanai area was comfortable and great for families to relax. Our family had a great time!

4th of July family visit

We booked this house last minute because our other accommodations fell through. The host was very timely in responding to any messages sent. The house was comfy and very clean, with modern updates. My older children really enjoyed the pool and having their own room. The beds were comfortable and location perfect, close to Ft.Myers and Sanibel. Lastly, the hosts are dog friendly, and we appreciated having a place where we could stay with our dogs. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. It didn’t disappoint!

Felt like home

Perfect place for us to stay for a few weeks. It has everything you need for a great stay. Large pool area with different areas to sit and enjoy the view. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including an air fryer. House is very comfortable with nice sized rooms. Property is near restaurants, services and Cape Coral beach. Cheri was great to work with, responded quickly and very helpful. We will definitely return.

Paradise!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 children, 14 and 11, while also visiting my sister who is a Cape Coral local. The property is FABULOUS! Everything was beautiful and well thought out. We loved the pool and fishing on the canal! The kitchen and baths were complete with just what we needed. We were close to everything, in a great neighborhood! Cheri was easy to communicate with through the entire process and even invited us to check in early if we arrived in town earlier! Can't wait to return to Cape Coral, and hopefully stay in this superb property again!

Coronado Arches…the best place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! We spent most of our time outside by the pool. Plenty of seating, an outdoor tv, sound system, and bathroom. We explored Cape Coral by bike and really enjoyed the easy access of bike trails. Great location for restaurants and beach. Cheri is an excellent host! Thanks for a relaxing vacation in the Florida sunshine!

We loved this beautiful home! Great neighborhood, pet friendly, and we loved the pool for our kids! Loved the covered patio for watching the olympics! Good for watching TV. Paradise House

Loved this property. It immediately felt like home. What a lovely pool and outdoor area to enjoy and relax. Our boys 9&3 absolutely had a ball! Our 9 yr old named the house the paradise house. My husband and boys fished off the dock daily, loved every moment! Location fabulous! I could walk to the beach daily, wonderful neighborhood to walk the dogs and just enjoy. We loved spending time at the beach, going to the boathouse then being home in a few minutes. Cannot wait to come back to stay at this property again!

Excellent Home

The five stars everyone gives for this home is legit. The house was clean, all amenities were provided as stated, and any questions we had were promptly answered. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and have already talked about coming back. The best part was that they allowed us to bring our dog as well, which a lot of these rentals won’t allow, and even provided dog bowls which we weren’t expecting. Just a great vacation and a great place to stay!

Convenient and comfortable home away from home

This was our first trip to Cape Coral. The house and pool were awesome. We couldn’t have asked for better. Everything was clean and tidy, the pool was huge and the space by the canal was fun to hang out and have a glass of wine at night. Good communication by the owner. Great experience!

Comfortable

I'm always leery about staying at a new place. The sheets were new, clean and soft. The bed spreads are NOT polyester. The kitchen utensils are not bargain bin stuff from Ross. The dock and canal are great for a 23' boat. The pool is sparkling and awesome. The AC worked as it should have. Communication with the owner was as it should be. The screened enclosure is new, as is the paint on the house. We boated every day so that was our focus, but it was nice to come back to a cool, clean, well appointed house each day.

No boat no problem!

Stayin at Coronado Arches was an anticipated fishing trip, with its comfortable spacious layout and personal boat dock, wonderful pool and amenities. Unfortunate our trip was changed drastically with our boat being demolished on I-10 on our way down. But due the close proximity of the property to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach we still had a blast fishing off the shore and enjoying the. Beach. Cheri is a wonderful host and the property was everything and more than we needed. Looking forward to another adventure with a new boat soon!!
