👨‍👩‍👧 Families are always welcome! We provide children’s books, toys, beach chairs, beach toys, bicycles, a high chair, stroller, car seat and a full-size washer and dryer to make your stay easier.

🐶 Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee.

🏡 This home is one side of a well-maintained duplex with its own private entrance, driveway parking, and fully fenced backyard, providing guests with privacy while being part of a quiet residential neighborhood.

✨ Your comfort is our priority. The home is professionally cleaned before every stay and receives regular professional pest control service to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment.

🚭 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, cigars, and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on the property, including the home, garage, front entrance, driveway, patio, or backyard.
