Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood. With space for up to 7 guests, this home is perfect for families or groups looking to unwind. Spend your days lounging by the private pool, playing pool table, or grilling outdoors. Whether you're here to relax or explore, this home has everything you need.

This home is designed for both comfort and fun. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, while the cozy living area is great for relaxing. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished for a good night's sleep, and there are two clean and modern bathrooms. The pool table is perfect for friendly games, and the private pool area offers a great place to cool off. There's also a complimentary outdoor grill—just bring your own propane and clean up after use.

Guests have full access to the entire home and he driveway provides plenty of parking. If you'd like pool heating, it's available for $35 per day—please confirm in advance.

Shopping is within easy walking distance. A great location. The house itself has a great layout, but the Hosts missed the mark in a number of ways. When we got there, a stack of cardboard boxes were right inside the front door, there was no “welcome to the home” sort of manual to tell you where things were or how they worked. A Keurig machine, but no Keurig, and one (1) dishwasher pod for a three night stay. Lightbulbs missing or burned out throughout the property, a spare blanket that was absolutely filthy, and a number of other issues (like the air conditioning not able to keep up with the 78 degree outside temp - it was 78 inside with the thermostat turned down to 72). I am sure that these issues can and will be worked out and fixed, and the location is great. Hopefully they can resolve this type of stuff for future stays! Communication was good, and I believe they are just working through initial host stuff.

The stay was great, slept all of us comfortably for the few days we stayed in the area. Only thing that didn’t work was the internet went out of Saturday, messaged but didn’t get a response. Pool heater was not running so we did not swim. Great area! Close to all the things one needs when traveling with kids!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was clean and spacious, great beds, and had everything we needed. Christian was amazing to deal with and answered all questions right away. The pool table was a fun bonus for the kids! A new paint job and a few small fixes (broken screen door, broken light in the bathroom) and more dishes would help the house feel a bit more luxurious and take this property from 4 to 5 stars.

Clean and Convenient

Christian's place was incredibly clean and was in a convenient area. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within minutes of the location. We had a great time relaxing by the pool. Christian was also very responsive to any questions we had. Check-in/out was easy and we had no complications. We would stay here again if we were in the area!

Family Fourth of July Mini Getaway

This is an absolutely gorgeous and well maintained property. To be quite honest, it looks even better in person. The interior is very spacious and elegantly decorated. There was plenty of room for my family of 7 to move about without getting in each other’s way. Enjoying movie night was great in the large living room with the big screen TV. The host made sure to have the home equipped with all the basic essentials. To top it off, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and cooler were also available to us. Sometimes it can be uncomfortable staying away from home, but that was certainly not the case for us this time. My wife and I got some of the best sleep we’ve gotten in a while. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The kids had a lot of fun attempting to play pool in the game room. I was able to zen out while grilling and listening to good tunes, while watching my family play in the pool. The yard is nicely landscaped. There is a newer washer and dryer in the neatly kept garage. The location of this property is excellent. You can literally walk to major supermarkets and businesses, while still having that sense of privacy. Our host was very attentive and professional. We felt most welcome. We would highly recommend this place, and look forward to coming back to visit.

One night

This property is as presented. It is clean and spacious. Lots of space for a family or group of friends to enjoy time together. While we did not need to use things like beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas, it was nice to see them available. Coffee and teas were available.. as were disposable cups. thank you...thank you. There is only one tv in the house. We would have liked to have one in the bedroom, but it did cause us to interact more with our friends over a movie. This is a space we would return to. Christian was easy to communicate with. Lovely short stay.

10 wonderful days in Cape Coral

The carefully cleaned and looked-to-be recently nicely renovated home was tastefully decorated and had a huge screen TV with access to many channels. We never played pool but the table was available. Sheets on the beds were extremely luxurious and comfy, as were the mattresses. On days when we were not at Twins spring training games, we spent poolside with very nice outdoor furniture. We liked the home's location because it was very close to restaurants and shopping. Christian, the host, was always immediately available by phone if we had any questions. We would definitely rent this home again.
