UUSI LUETTELO! Tilava, kauniisti uusittu kanavakoti on vain minuutin päässä avoimesta vedestä - täydellinen koti monille perheille - RELAX & viihde!

Äskettäin uusitussa kodissamme on neljä makuuhuonetta, kolme täyttä kylpyä. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-vuode, josta on näkymät uima-altaalle ja kanavalle, isossa kylpyhuoneessa ja isäntäkaappi, jossa on sisäänrakennettu setrivarasto. Queen-makuuhuonetta on kaksi: Coral-makuuhuoneella on oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi ja graniitti-pesuallas. Aqua-makuuhuoneesta on näköala uima-altaalle ja liukuovilla on suora pääsy uima-altaalle. Tässä huoneessa on kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja kerrossänky. Kerrossänky on lasten paratiisi: parivuode, jossa kaksi erillistä päälle ja kaksi vyöryä jopa 6 hengen nukkumiseen. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma taulutelevisio. Kaikissa huoneissa on Xfinity-internetyhteys ja kaapeliyhteys, lukuun ottamatta lasten makuuhuonetta, joissa on vain televisio. Tilava keittiö on kokien unelma päivitetyillä laitteilla, graniitti- ja baarialue, josta on näkymät yksityiselle seulotulle uima-altaalle, kanavalle ja ruokailutilalle ulkona. Keittiön vieressä olevassa baarialueessa on lisäbaareja ja erillinen tila juomien säilyttämistä ja sekoittamista varten, se on täydellinen paikka viihdyttämiseen.

Viihtyisässä olohuoneessa on mukavat sohvat, hienoja kirjoja ja HD-taulu-älytelevisio perheen ja rentoutumisen ajaksi.

Sisustus on rento, siistinä ja täynnä valtameren inspiroimia taideteoksia. Laiturilla istuessasi voit nauttia henkeäsalpaavista auringonlaskuista ja auringonlaskuista avoimella vedellä alle puoli mailia veneellä. Lasikattoinen pöytä, jossa 6 mukavaa tuolia, on täydellinen ulkona syömiseen uima-altaan äärellä. Pääsy kahden auton autotalliin sisältyy hintaan, samoin kuin täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Ranta on uusittu vasta, ja siihen kuuluu venehissi, uusi terassi ja iso oleskelualue sekä juhlallinen Tiki Hut ja runsaasti tilaa useille veneille.

Tämä koti on erinomaisella paikalla ja kätevä Fort Myersin lentokentälle, Sanibel Islandille, Captivan saarelle, Fort Myers Beachille, Pine Islandille ja Fort Myersin keskustaan. Olemme 2. 5 km: n päässä Cape Coralin keskustasta - viehättävä alue, jolla on upeita ravintoloita, paljon ostosmahdollisuuksia ja joka on vain 4 korttelin päässä Cape Coral Yacht Clubista, joka on avoinna yleisölle. Yacht Clubilla on upea ranta, hieno ravintola, valtava kalastuslaituri, uima-allas, tenniskentät, aktiviteettikeskus ja vanhempi keskus sekä suuri venesatama, veneiden ramppeja ja kaasutelakoita. Se on miellyttävä kävely tai lyhyt pyöräretki sekä keskustaan että Yacht Club -alueelle. Veneellä olemme vain muutaman minuutin Caloosahatche-joelle, joka vie sinut Fort Myersiin tai saarille tai Meksikonlahteen.

This is probably our fourth or fifth time staying at John’s house in Cape Coral, and it continues to be our absolute favorite! The location is unbeatable—quiet, beautiful, and perfect for walking around and exploring. We love the spacious layout of the house, and the big pool is a huge hit with our whole family.We were even able to find another Airbnb just across the street and down a couple houses for my mom and my sister stayed.One of our favorite spots is down by the dock. The kids love fishing there, and there’s a cozy little seating area with a roof that looks like it’s made from palm leaves (not sure what it’s officially called, but it’s perfect). Even when it rains, we sit out there and just enjoy the peaceful view.John is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns, which makes the experience even better. We keep coming back for a reason—you truly won’t find a better spot in Cape Coral!

This was our third year staying two weeks at this perfect home and location.Our grandson has learned to fish from the dock. The Pool is wonderful to cool off in. Many wonderful places to visit just a short drive. Sanibel Island to watch the sunrise from the beach. Captiva Island to shell hunt and enjoy the beautiful clear water. Rent a boat from Jensen’s while at Captiva watch the manatees, boat up to Cabbage Key for lunch.Go South to Marco Island rent a boat and explore the ten thousand island area. Finish the day at the Snook Inn for dinner on the water. Travel down to Everglades City, take an air boat ride in the Everglades have lunch at Camellia Street Grill on the water, watch the Dolphins. Short drive or boat to Pine Island, Matlacha enjoy a nice dinner at Yucatán restaurant on the water.The Host john is great. This home is wonderful.

The location of this property was perfect for taking nice walks daily. We got spoiled walking to the beach & enjoying the safe & quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious & made it easy for multiple people to be in the kitchen at once. The kiddos loved the pool & swam several times daily. We rented pontoon & went charter boat fishing another.day. Communications w/ the host was easy & timely. We would recommend this property to others!

Property was clean, view was awesome. neighborhood quiet, and manager was responsive. Thats all Good! The not so good is the mattresses need to be replaced and the pool pump is way too loud, needs to be addressed. If they fix those , we would come back!

Pictures very accurate. Very clean house. Open kitchen well stocked. Great patio with heated pool overlooking the canal. Nice to have three bathrooms with four bedrooms. Bicycles were nice to ride to beach 1/2 mile away and to ride around with dedicated bike lanes. Three coolers to fit your needs. Wonderful home!

Tried to stay here 2 years ago, but hurricane Ian shut us down. John was very easy to deal with for cancelation. I told him we'd try and eventually get a week in. Glad we were able to. One big plus of this property is the 4 bedroom 3 bath combo. Really makes it easy to accommodate large families or groups.

This house was clean and fully stocked with everything you need, the pool was great for relaxing at the house and the dock was also an added bonus since we had a boat delivered to the house for the week. The location made getting to all local restaurants, stores and attractions easy. Great host as well, John provided his cell number to make communication easier in case of any issues. Will definitely book this house again if we vacation in Cape Coral.

Stay was great sliding glass doors could use some work as well as screen door to the pool and bathroom door from the pool but everything else was amazing more cooking utensils than any other home we've ever stayed in. There was fishing equipment in the garage for fishing in the canal. Overall great stay we had a great time

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This is a very nice spacious home and in a nice neighborhood. We were close to Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers beach, great restaurants, and 1 1/2 hours from the Everglades. We have 3 boys, 20, 18, and 17 years old. With the 4 bedrooms we all had our own room and plenty of space. Even though it rained almost the entire week that we were there, we still found time to swim in the pool and fish from the dock area. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again if in the area. Thank you for a wonderful week!

This was our second two week stay at this home. My wife and I are retired. Our two adult sons, daughter and grandson joined us. This home is in the perfect location for a short trip to Sanibel, Captiva, Ft.Myers beaches. Even close for a short drive to the Everglades and Pine Island. The home was clean as usual. We enjoy the fishing from the dock. Always a surprise and what you’ll catch. Perfect location and dock to bring down your boat. The host John is always a joy to communicate with. We have already made our two week reservations for next year. Everyone wanted to stay another week.

Comfortably slept 7 adults and 2 kids. Nice, quiet neighborhood that you could easily walk or ride bike to the Yacht Club. Swimming pool was great for the kids. Enjoyed renting a boat which was easy access out of the canal. Hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. Well stocked kitchen for basic needs. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

There were four generations of our family staying at the property, spanning ages 1-85. Our grandkids loved the pool—our four year old granddaughter learned to swim and do underwater somersaults during our week-long stay. The house was very nice and John was very responsive. Highly recommended!

This location for boating is the best we have EVER had while renting and the house was the best. Pool was heated and we kept the solar blanket on it to keep it nice and warm to come home to every day! WE will be back it was extremely enjoyable location!
