    Welcome to The Cape's Cozy Corner 1016, a Gulf-access vacation rental on an oversized corner lot where two canals meet in Southwest Cape Coral. With 112 feet of seawall, wide canal views, a private dock, and a 10,000-pound covered boat lift, this waterfront pool home is built for fishing, boating, and easy Florida days.
    Inside, 2,272 square feet of coastal living include 3 bedrooms and 2½ baths. The open living and dining area flows into a modern eat-in kitchen with an island—ideal for morning coffee, family meals, or packing a cooler for the water. Tile floors, impact windows and doors, and a split-bedroom layout keep the home bright, private, and low-maintenance. The primary suite is on the main level.
    Out back, the screened lanai and patio overlook the canal basin. Swim year-round in the saltwater heated pool, rinse off at the outdoor shower, then gather under the tiki hut for sunset. The oversized yard has room for kids, pets, and extra chairs. Electric and water at the dock plus a composite walkway make the lift simple to use. A large garage with workshop space holds gear so the house stays uncluttered.
    You're minutes from Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, shopping, and dining, with Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and the Caloosahatchee an easy drive. Cast for snook and redfish in the canals, then run out toward the Gulf when you're ready.
    The Cape's Cozy Corner 1016 is a furnished Cape Coral canal-front rental with heated pool, boat lift, and intersecting-canal Gulf access—ready when you are.

    IMPORTANT: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
