Villa Flirty Flamingo is a gorgeous holiday villa that is located in the heart of Cape Coral, one of the most desirable residential areas of Cape Coral.
Restaurants, bars, supermarkets or the pier are in walking distance. This vacation home is especially suitable for families with children. Free tennis courts and playgrounds are available at the foot of the yacht club.

For boat enthusiasts, this house is the perfect choice. Within 10 minutes you are on the river that leads you directly to the Gulf of Mexico and to the most beautiful beaches in the area. The house boat is optional for rent, which is highly recommended. It eliminates the annoying driving to the jetty or cumbersome mooring dock. You drive comfortably, from the only for the tenants of the house usable boat lift.

The pool can be heated by a separate heater even in winter to pleasant temperatures.

Our house can comfortably accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms.

From the elegant, light-filled living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden. The glass sliding doors can be completely opened, so that sets a great interior-exterior feeling. The living room offers a large LCD TV, Wi- Fi surround system.

In addition to the large master bedroom (42'LCD) with a king size bed, you have another queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen size bed in the third & 4th bedroom available.

The master bedroom has a spacious shower. The guest bathroom offers a shower as well

Also from the kitchen with oven, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave you have the fantastic pool and canal view. All imaginable kitchen appliances are at your disposal.

From the living room, dining room and master bedroom there is direct access to the pool.

The lanai offers plenty of space for long barbecues by the pool. The grill is mobile, so even evenings directly on the boat dock would be possible.

Of course, there is free high-speed Wi Fi throughout the house. Using amplifiers, we were able to extend the Wifi-range even to our boat dock.

Dirty Flamingo

Wir waren von der Villa Flirty Flamingo enttäuscht. Das Haus an sich hat uns gefallen, aber die Sauberkeit war nicht in Ordnung. Das ganze Haus roch extrem stark nach Hund, überall waren Hundehaare. Der Pool war ungeheizt und schmutzig, (trüb und voller Hundehaare).Im Vorfeld habe ich angefragt, wie teuer die Bootmiete, welche angepriesen war, sei... leider habe ich NIE eine Antwort erhalten. Wir sind über unsere Wahl nicht sehr glücklich und würden nicht mehr über VRCC buchen.

Disappointed

Pool did not work. Had cockroaches in Landry room and one on kitchen floor. Did not even try and make it right for the pool not working and for the pump running all day and night. Almost 10.00 a day was not they during the day at all. Think that was a lot of energy.

Great house and location

We were very pleased with the layout of the house as it was an easy space to have and entertain the entire family. The kids loved the pool and we adults enjoyed trying to catch fish in the canal (even tho we only caught catfish lol). The only thing that we found to be upsetting was the cleanliness and lack of supplies. Found a good bit of hair in/on beds and on toilet. The floors looked clean, but sincerely needed to be mopped. To the point that we actually went and bought a mop and solution to clean the floors ourselves, because the bottoms of our feet were turning black only from a he dirtiness of the interior floors. Having some spare toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags would be an extremely advantageous luxury for guests. As we didn’t know we were out of these items until we went and took out the trash for the first time and had no new bags to put in the trash can. Used the last paper towel and TP only to find nothing to replace them with. These things are kind of big issues as it forces the renters to make another run to the store repeatedly to get these items. If the renters choose to be clean and tidy, the home should allow them the opportunity. We did get the opportunity to meet with the property manager when the homes AC stopped working. They were very quick and good with communication on getting it fixed asap! We greatly appreciated this. We also relayed the cleanliness issue to the property manager, she was very receptive and understood our thoughts.

Investigating the area

We had a very enjoyable stay. The property management company made check in easy. They stopped in to check in on us and see how things were going. The house was clean and provided all the things needed to make it like a home. Great location to the river.
